These Terms and Conditions govern your use of heyaprill.com and your purchase or use of services offered by Hey Aprill.
By using this website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Hey Aprill provides marketing strategy, website, visibility, branding, conversion, and related consulting services for local service businesses.
Service descriptions are provided for general information. The exact scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for a custom project may be established in a separate proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work.
If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control for that service.
Look. Like. Book.™ Checkup
The Look. Like. Book.™ Checkup is a customized review of a business’s online presence based on the information available and provided at the time of the review.
The Checkup may include observations and recommendations relating to online visibility, website experience, reputation, branding, calls to action, booking, and conversion opportunities.
The Checkup is advisory. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, appointments, customers, or any other particular result.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform the service.
You confirm that you have permission to provide any websites, accounts, photographs, branding, documents, or other materials submitted to Hey Aprill.
Delays in providing requested information or access may delay delivery.
Payment
Payment is due according to the price and terms displayed at checkout, on the booking page, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
The Look. Like. Book.™ Checkup currently requires a one-time payment of $197 at booking unless another arrangement is stated in writing.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charge.
Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Hey Aprill Cancellation Policy.
Customized work that has already begun or been delivered is generally non-refundable. Additional rules may be included in a proposal or service agreement.
Results and Professional Decisions
Marketing results depend on many circumstances outside Hey Aprill’s control, including competition, market conditions, search-engine changes, advertising platforms, client responsiveness, pricing, reputation, service quality, and implementation.
Recommendations are provided for marketing and business purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing recommendations before implementing them.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original materials you provide to Hey Aprill.
Hey Aprill retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, templates, processes, scoring models, frameworks, branding, and intellectual property, including the Look. Like. Book.™ Method.
After full payment, you may use completed client deliverables for your own business purposes unless a separate agreement states otherwise. You may not resell, publish, teach, duplicate, or distribute Hey Aprill’s proprietary templates or methods as your own product.
Website content, branding, copy, graphics, and other materials belonging to Hey Aprill may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The website and services may connect to third-party platforms, including Stripe, Kit, Formspree, Google, WordPress, website hosts, social-media platforms, search engines, and other software providers.
Hey Aprill does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, fees, decisions, outages, or changes.
Acceptable Website Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation
- Copy or commercially exploit website materials without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or submit information you do not have permission to use
Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. While Hey Aprill aims to provide helpful and accurate information, we do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Aprill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, services, recommendations, or third-party platforms.
For a paid service, Hey Aprill’s total liability relating to that service will not exceed the amount you paid Hey Aprill for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
Hey Aprill may refuse or discontinue service when necessary because of nonpayment, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, repeated failure to cooperate, misuse of materials, or another material violation of these Terms.
Any payment or refund will be handled according to the applicable service agreement and Cancellation Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
